A man in his 20s is due to appear before Dublin District Court on 1st April 2017, charged in relation to a cash in transit robbery, which occurred on Monday 27th March 2017 at Clarehall Shopping Centre, Dublin 13.
The incident happened at 9.30am on Monday, security staff were approached by a man armed with what appeared to be a knife. The man threatened staff and escaped with a cash box.
Following a Garda investigation a man in his 20s was arrested on 30th March and detained at Coolock Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984. He is expected to appear at Court Number 2 at the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning.
